The Gloucester Midget AAA Rangers were firing on all cylinders against the Cornwall Midget AAA Colts, and when the final buzzer sounded Rangers emerged with a 4-1 win.

Gloucester Midget AAA pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 28 penalty minutes.

The Rangers were led by Zach Town, who grabbed one goal. Town scored 11:49 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Gloucester Midget AAA. Sam Paquette picked up the assist.

Gloucester Midget AAA also had goals scored by Cameron Sinclair, Neil Gummeson, and Marc Brosseau, who scored one goal each. More assists for Gloucester Midget AAA came via Samuel Labre and Jacob Leguerrier, who contributed one each.

Cornwall Midget AAA struggled to stay out of the sin bin throughout the game as it finished the game with 28 penalty minutes for seven opposing power plays.

The Colts were led by Ryan Vipond, who scored the team's only goal. Vipond scored on the power play 13:07 into the third period to make the score 3-1 Gloucester Midget AAA. Cornwall Midget AAA had gotten the advantage when Gloucester Midget AAA's Town was sent off for not proceeding to bench. Mathieu Sabourin assisted on the tally.

Brent Pledge-Dickson rejected 23 shots on goal for the Rangers. Greg Brassard recorded 20 saves for the Colts. Cornwall Midget AAA registered one goal on eight power play opportunities.
