The M1 Drexel University Dragons tried their best to erase a three-goal deficit, but the M1 Lebanon Valley College Flying Dutchmen would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 4-3.

M1 Lebanon Valley College made the score 4-1 on a goal by Eric Higgins at 15:37 in the second period, and M1 Drexel University got as close as 4-3 when Ryan Williams scored 6:29 into the third period.

The Flying Dutchmen were paced by Russell Armbruster, who registered one goal. Armbruster scored 18:39 into the first period to make the score 2-0 M1 Lebanon Valley College. Jacob Horst picked up the assist.

The 29 shots that M1 Lebanon Valley College put on net surpassed the Flying Dutchmen's average of 19.1 shots per game this season.

M1 Lebanon Valley College also had goals scored by Bryan Hovanec and Cody Pessig, who scored one goal each. Other players who recorded assists for M1 Lebanon Valley College were Bradley Nolan, Paul Hefferin, and Matt Mcginley, who each chipped in one.

The Dragons put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow M1 Lebanon Valley College to score on any of its three power plays. M1 Drexel University put 21 shots on net during the contest, more than the 1.8 it averages per game.

M1 Drexel University also got a goal from Matthew Williams as well. More assists for M1 Drexel University came via Christopher Rodrigue, who had three and John Quigley and Dylan Hart, who contributed one each.

Matthew Healy recorded 18 saves for the Flying Dutchmen. M1 Lebanon Valley College incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. The Dragons' Zachary Kantner stopped 25 shots out of the 29 that he faced. M1 Drexel University incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
