Devils downs Usual Suspects, 4-1

Kevin Fenwick tallied two points to lead Devils to a 4-1 victory over Usual Suspects.

Devils managed to stay out of the box better than usual, racking up one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Devils wound up below its season average of 5.0 penalty minutes per game. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with three goals.

Devils also got points from Rajin Khera, who also finished with two goals and one assist to lead the team in points. Daniel Chow also scored for Devils. More assists for Devils came via Bic Banwait, who had one.

Usual Suspects was held below its usual level of production. Usual Suspects puts an average of 4.5 pucks into the net per game. Devils' defense shut down Usual Suspects' forwards for much of the game, and Usual Suspects got off only 14 shots during the contest.

Sean Simms rejected 13 shots on goal for Devils. Devils registered zero goals on two power play opportunities. Usual Suspects' Jestin Kumar stopped 25 shots out of the 29 that he faced. Usual Suspects incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
