Zach Cohen gave the Kemptville Midget AAA 73s a 3-2 (OT) victory over the Cumberland Midget AAA Grads when he scored 3:21 into the extra period.

Ryan Pawlikowski had two goals to lead Kemptville Midget AAA to victory. Pawlikowski scored at 6:46 into the first period to make the score 1-1 and again while 7:04 into the first to make the score 2-1 Kemptville Midget AAA.

Kemptville Midget AAA also got points from Cohen, who also grabbed one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Other players who recorded assists for Kemptville Midget AAA were Owen Scott, Jordan Currie, and Devin Saumur, who contributed one each.

Cumberland Midget AAA was helped by Zakary Rodrigue, who finished with one goal. Rodrigue scored short handed 11:13 into the third period to make the score 2-2. The Grads found themselves down a man on TJ Price's tripping. Roman Cannell assisted on the tally. Tristan Francis also scored for Cumberland Midget AAA. In addition, Cumberland Midget AAA received assists from Mathieu Plante and Francois Drouin, who each chipped in one.

The 73s' Jacob Dioszeghy stopped 25 shots out of the 27 that he faced. Kemptville Midget AAA incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Seth Carter rejected 16 shots on goal for Cumberland Midget AAA. The Grads incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
