The OHA U17 Midget AAA OHA U16 had trouble finding ways to stop the Cumberland Midget AAA Grads, which beat OHA U16, 3-0.

Cumberland Midget AAA was sparked by Roman Cannell, who registered one goal. Cannell scored 12:32 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Cumberland Midget AAA.

The Grads excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances. Cumberland Midget AAA's defensive effort looked to be improved. The Grads gives up 2.2 goals on average per game. Cumberland Midget AAA kept OHA U17 Midget AAA's goalie busy throughout the game, and Dillon Lamarche made 32 saves on 35 shots.

Zakary Rodrigue also scored for Cumberland Midget AAA. More assists for Cumberland Midget AAA came via TJ Price, Mathieu Plante, Tommy Stevenson, and Francois Drouin, who each chipped in one.

The OHA U16's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three Cumberland Midget AAA power plays. OHA U17 Midget AAA's offense operated below its season average. The OHA U16 average 2.2 goals per game.

Kai Edmonds rejected 19 shots on goal for the Grads. Cumberland Midget AAA incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. OHA U17 Midget AAA incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
