M2 Rowan University's Robert Willwerth had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing one assist in his team's 4-1 win over the M1 Villanova University Wildcats.

Willwerth's tallies came on the power play at 15:12 into the first period to make the score 2-0 M2 Rowan University and 6:39 into the second to make the score 4-0 M2 Rowan University.

M2 Rowan University's penalty kill excelled, as M2 Rowan University gave up zero goals despite allowing six power plays.

M2 Rowan University stifled M1 Villanova University's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Others who scored for M2 Rowan University included Alekos Polis and Brandon Caccavale, who scored one goal each. In addition, M2 Rowan University received assists from Mike Mcgahey, who had two and Matthew Morelli, Andrew Dougherty, Charles Quigley, and Ryan Trudel, who contributed one each.

Sean Barrett took the loss and made 13 saves before being replaced by Nicholas Desimone who made 12 saves. For M1 Villanova University, John Skaggs was ejected from the game.
