The Amherstview Jets were firing on all cylinders against the Napanee Raiders, and when the final buzzer sounded Jets emerged with an 8-2 win.

Wyatt Crampton was all over the ice for Amherstview, as he tallied two goals and one assist in the win. Crampton scored the first of his two goals at 12:52 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Amherstview. Cody Smith assisted on the tally. Crampton's next tally made the score 8-2 Amherstview with 3:00 left in the third period. Smith picked up the assist.

The Jets' penalty kill excelled, as Amherstview gave up one goal despite allowing seven power plays.

Referees had their hands full with a major incident at 8:22 into the third period. Four fighting penalties were dished out along with two game misconducts.

Amherstview additionally got points from Zach Maciel, who also tallied two goals and one assist and Dawson Chard, who also registered one goal and one assist. Joey Mayer also scored for Amherstview. More assists for Amherstview came via Konner Burtenshaw, who had one and Adam Kim, who had two.

Napanee's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on five Amherstview power plays. The Raiders' offense operated below their season average. The Raiders' Tomo Mikuljan stopped 17 shots out of the 25 that he faced. Napanee ended with 15 minutes in penalty time with five minors and one major. For the Raiders, Ryley Richardson and Kyle Murphy were ejected from the contest.
