St. Andrews College outlasts Belmont Hill School, 4-3

The game between the St. Andrews College Saints and Belmont Hill School was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end St. Andrews College emerged with a 4-3 win.

Neither team gained more than a two-goal lead, and Jacob Ledson's goal in the third period proved to be the difference maker.

The Saints forced Belmont Hill School goalie New Goalie to work between the pipes, taking 36 shots. St. Andrews College's defensemen played an important role in the offense, chipping in two goals.

St. Andrews College also got points from Reid Yochim, who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Others who scored for St. Andrews College included Kody Clark and Morgan Barron, who each put in one. More assists for St. Andrews College came via Lucas Thorne, Mitchell Martan, Connor Ali, Luke Wyatt, Corey Andonovski, and Alex MacDonald, who contributed one each.

Belmont Hill School was led by New Player, who grabbed three goals.

Cole Chapman recorded 17 saves for the Saints. St. Andrews College incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Goalie rejected 32 shots on goal for Belmont Hill School. Belmont Hill School incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
