The Thorold Athletics could not stop the Brantford Blast's Joel Prpic, who tallied a hat trick in an 8-5 win. Prpic got on the scoresheet 10:20 into the second period. He then added goals at 5:04 into the third and at 13:30 into the third.Brantford stifled Thorold's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.
