The Caledon Golden Hawks tried their best to erase a three-goal deficit, but the Alliston Hornets would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 4-2. Alliston made the score 4-1 on a goal by Joe Cochrane at 1:52 in the third period, and Caledon got as close as 4-2 when Nicholas McNutt scored 18:16 into the third period. The Hornets' offense rang up 52 shots on the Golden Hawks' net. Alliston also got points from Devon Gillham, who also finished with one goal and one assist and Jackson Arcan, who also registered one goal and one assist. Other players who recorded assists for Alliston were Stephen Nosad, who had one and Gianluca Pallotta and Brady Martin, who each chipped in two. Caledon struggled to stay out of the sin bin throughout the game as it finished the game with 26 penalty minutes for eight opposing power plays. The Golden Hawks were helped by Christian Mariconda, who racked up one goal. Mariconda scored 18:52 into the second period to make the score 3-1 Alliston. James Pitsadiotis provided the assist. In addition, Caledon received assists from Avery Rodriguez, Ryan Mouser, and Daniel Cafagna, who contributed one each. Alliston's Tyler Brindle stopped 28 shots out of the 30 that he faced. The Hornets incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Sam Procopio made 48 saves for Caledon on 52 shots. The Golden Hawks registered one goal on three power play opportunities.
