Cash Seraphim lifted the Ayr Centennials to a 6-2 victory with a hat trick against the Wellesley Applejacks. Seraphim got on the scoresheet 5:12 into the second period. He then added goals at 15:32 into the second and at 15:45 into the third.Ayr forced Wellesley goalie Noah Leis to work between the pipes, taking 40 shots. Ayr additionally got points from Brendan Schaefer, who also had one goal and one assist. Ayr also got a goal from Jake Whibbs as well. In addition, Ayr received assists from Riley Clipper and Logan Beechey, who each chipped in one and Mitch Klie and Zachary Masterson, who contributed two each. The Applejacks were led by Braidon Kerbs, who tallied one goal. Kerbs scored on the power play 19:31 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Wellesley. A high sticking penalty on Sean Mitchell had put Wellesley on the power play. Brady Gerber assisted on the tally. Cal Jefferies also scored for Wellesley. Other players who recorded assists for Wellesley were Spencer Brick, Jackson Keller, and Alex Uttley, who each chipped in one. The Centennials' Mitch Figueirdo stopped 27 shots out of the 29 that he faced. Ayr incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with eight minors. Noah Leis made 34 saves for the Applejacks on 40 shots. Wellesley incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
