Lakeshore and Essex could not settle their match and fought to a 3-3 tie.

The Canadiens forced the 73s goalie Trevor Wheaton to work between the pipes, taking 45 shots.

Lakeshore also had goals scored by Hunter Corp and Zack Bedard, who each put in one.
