Behind a great game by Kasey Basile, who had two goals, the Integrity Amherstburg Admirals defeated the Lakeshore Canadiens, 6-3. Basile scored at 9:59 into the second period to make the score 2-2 and again while 3:20 into the third to make the score 4-3 Integrity Amherstburg.Integrity Amherstburg's penalty kill excelled, as the Admirals gave up zero goals despite allowing six power plays. Integrity Amherstburg stifled Lakeshore's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Admirals were forced to rely heavily on their penalty kill unit throughout the game, as they racked up 24 penalty minutes. Integrity Amherstburg also got points from Broden Meloche, who also racked up one goal and one assist and Blake Rutckyj, who also had one goal and one assist. Others who scored for Integrity Amherstburg included Ryan Holzel and Spencer McConville, who each put in one. Other players who recorded assists for Integrity Amherstburg were Curtis Prymack, Lucas Bersuk, Dylan Muzzatti, Luke Gangnon, and Chad Copeland, who each chipped in one. The Canadiens forced Integrity Amherstburg goalie Daniel Tonietto to work between the pipes, taking 33 shots. Lakeshore was helped by Mejoe Gasparovic, who registered one goal.
