Boston Advantage (MM) falls to Milwaukee Jr. Admirals (MM) after surprising comeback

Undaunted by a two-goal deficit, Milwaukee Jr. Admirals (MM) battled back to claim a 3-2 victory over Boston Advantage (MM).

Milwaukee Jr. Admirals (MM) never led in the game until netting the game winner. Milwaukee Jr. Admirals (MM) was down 2-0 after a goal by Boston Advantage (MM)'s Shawn Montgomery at 12:56 in the first period. Milwaukee Jr. Admirals (MM) knotted things up at 2-2 on a goal by Zach Metsa at 3:11 in the third period. Milwaukee Jr. Admirals (MM) scored the game winner at 15:24 in the third period on a goal by Metsa.

In the losing effort, Boston Advantage (MM) was led by Montgomery, who registered two goals. Montgomery scored the first of his two goals at 8:11 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Boston Advantage (MM). Jack Baron assisted on the tally. Montgomery's next tally made the score 2-0 Boston Advantage (MM) with 7:04 left in the first period. Matt Rutigliano picked up the assist.

Milwaukee Jr. Admirals (MM) forced Boston Advantage (MM) goalie Josh Mayanja to work between the pipes, taking 38 shots.
