The Hagersville Hawks had trouble finding ways to stop the Grimsby Peach Kings, which beat Hawks, 4-1. Jeromy Hopkins had a great game for Grimsby, netting two goals. Hopkins found the back of the net 9:39 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Grimsby and again while 3:25 into the third to make the score 4-1 Grimsby.
