The Hagersville Hawks tried their best to erase a three-goal deficit, but the Glanbrook Rangers would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 5-4. Glanbrook made the score 4-1 on a goal by Brad Parish at 10:28 in the second period, and Hagersville got as close as 4-3 when Mitch Green scored 5:48 into the third period. The Rangers got the win behind a great game by Nicholas Sherwood, who had one goal and two assists. Sherwood scored 19:48 into the third period to make the score 5-4 Glanbrook. Glanbrook forced the Hawks goalie Ryan Guy to work between the pipes, taking 39 shots. Glanbrook additionally got points from Nathan Fiorino, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Others who scored for Glanbrook included Jeff May and Connor Maitz, who scored one goal each. More assists for Glanbrook came via Chris Haigh, Ryan Laufman, and Brett Farrelly, who contributed one each. Hagersville stifled the Rangers' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.
