Behind a great game by Ricky Kwapich, who had one goal and three assists, Toledo defeated Wooster, 8-3. Kwapich scored 8:56 into the second period to make the score 2-0 Toledo. Toledo also got a goal from Daniel Goodwin as well. More assists for Toledo came via Dan Hudy, Ben Hamilton, Nick Nappi, and Ethan Resetar, who contributed one each. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals. Glen Bates rejected 18 shots on goal for Toledo. Toledo incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors. Wooster incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with nine minors.
