Metro climbed out of a two-goal hole to beat Pittsburgh, 6-5.

Metro let multiple leads slip away before eventually digging out of a two hole to pick up the win. Metro took a 1-0 advantage on a goal by Kevin Shand at 5:19 in the first period. Metro found itself down 5-3 after Pittsburgh's Darrien Sroka put the puck home at 8:02 in the third period. After knotting things up at 5-5 on a goal by Dylan Naumovski at 12:41 in the third, Metro got the game-winner from Mathias Tellstrom at 15:14 in the third period.

Tellstrom was all over the ice for Metro, as he tallied two goals and three assists in the win. Tellstrom scored the first of his two goals at 17:39 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Metro. Shand provided the assist. Tellstrom's next tally made the score 6-5 Metro with 4:46 left in the third period. Jason Recchia picked up the assist.
