Bozeman completes comeback, beats Great Falls, 4-3

Bozeman rallied from two goals down to secure a 4-3 win over Great Falls.

Bozeman never led in the game until netting the game winner. Bozeman was down 3-1 after a power play goal by Great Falls' Austin Krantz at 19:53 in the second period. Bozeman knotted things up at 3-3 on a power play goal by Gunnar Mogck at 6:39 in the third period. Bozeman netted the game winner on the power play at 7:20 in the third period on a goal by Mogck.

Great Falls was doomed by its poor performance on special teams, as Bozeman was able to score four times while on the power play.

Bozeman kept Great Falls' goalie busy throughout the game, and Lauren Massie made 29 saves on 33 shots.

Bozeman was helped by Dylan Michaud, who had one goal. Bozeman also got points from Nicholas Thompson, who also racked up one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Casey Gobel also scored for Bozeman. Other players who recorded assists for Bozeman were Steven Nisbet, who had two and AJ ODell and Kegan Couture, who each chipped in one.

Bozeman was unable to stop Great Falls from sending pucks towards the net, and Great Falls eventually piled up 35 shots on goal.

Others who scored for Great Falls included Arseny Ivanov and Tanner Congdon, who each put in one. More assists for Great Falls came via Blake Miller, Stevan Goran, Reed Link, Miles Giorgione, and Brendan Jester, who contributed one each.

Stephen Frank made 32 saves for Bozeman on 35 shots. Bozeman incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Great Falls incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with eight minors.
