Texas had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-2 win over Euless. Texas was led by Kyle Galloway, who registered one goal and one assist. Others who scored for Texas included Oliver Hay and Dakota Davis, who scored one goal each. Other players who recorded assists for Texas were Matt Araujo and Brock Brown, who each chipped in one and George Hansen and Noah Klinsky, who contributed two each. In addition, Euless received assists from Anthony Chavez, who had one. Tyler Myers made 19 saves for Texas on 21 shots. Texas incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Euless' Bailey stopped 37 shots out of the 43 that he faced. Euless incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
