Twin City's Jay Paul had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing one assist in his team's 5-2 win over Minnesota.

Paul scored at 9:59 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Twin City and again while 18:45 into the third to make the score 5-2 Twin City.

Twin City's offense rang up 53 shots on Minnesota's net.

Twin City additionally got points from James Hale, who also registered one goal and one assist. Twin City also had goals scored by Fritz Belisle and Jared Erickson, who each put in one. Other players who recorded assists for Twin City were Luc Kreuser, who had two and Zak Lambrecht, Kyle Wagner, Nicholas Campbell, Tristan Mayer, and Joe Costello, who contributed one each.

Minnesota was helped by Ty Ennis, who finished with one goal and one assist. Ennis scored 19:40 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Twin City. Tre Opack provided the assist. Minnesota also got points from Opack, who also had one goal and one assist. In addition, Minnesota received assists from Kyle Wendorf, who had two.

Gunnar Howg rejected 22 shots on goal for Twin City. Twin City avoided the penalty box for the entire game and scored zero goals off of zero power plays. Minnesota's Brady Griffin stopped 48 shots out of the 53 that he faced. Minnesota ended with no penalties and went 0-for-0 on the power play.
