Glacier tried to dig itself out of a three-goal hole, but Billings held on for a 5-4 victory. A goal by Tristan Henrichs put Billings up 3-0 in the second period, but Glacier pulled to within one on Tyler McMahon's tally 1:35 into the third period. Billings got the win on the strength of a great game by Henrichs, who had two goals and two assists. Henrichs scored the first of his two goals at 5:15 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Billings. Edward Hoppmann provided the assist. Henrichs' next tally made the score 3-0 Billings with 3:40 left in the second period. Mason Graves assisted on the tally. Billings kept Glacier's goalie busy throughout the game, and Raymond Smith made 32 saves on 37 shots. Billings surpassed its usual scoring output this season.
