Max McConnell recorded a shutout against La Crosse as Wisconsin picked up a 2-0 win. Wisconsin was led by Nathan Viberg, who racked up one goal. Viberg scored on the power play 3:55 into the third period to make the score 1-0 Wisconsin. Wisconsin had gained a power play chance when Daniel Toycen was whistled for tripping.
