Nashville took a 4-2 lead during the third period, only to have Peoria storm back on a Austin Wisely goal 13:55 into the third period to pull to one goal down.

Nashville was paced by Peter Cabala, who finished with one goal. Cabala scored on the power play 13:33 into the third period to make the score 4-2 Nashville. Nashville had gotten the advantage when Peoria's Nathan Marlow was sent off for tripping. Andrew Kluge picked up the assist.

The defensemen of Nashville were also effective in Peoria's zone, and came away with two goals.

Nashville also got points from Kluge, who also registered one goal and one assist and Shane Dunsmore, who also racked up one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Nicholas Redmon also scored for Nashville. In addition, Nashville received assists from Max Dorfman, Josh Hill, Kyle Van Wyk, Dylan Schmidt, and Kristers Petraskevis, who each chipped in one.
