Alex King was all over the ice for Gillette, as he tallied two goals and two assists in Gillette's 8-2 win over Glacier. King scored at 3:16 into the second period to make the score 2-0 Gillette and again while 17:19 into the third to make the score 8-1 Gillette.Gillette forced Glacier's goalies to work in net, firing 55 shots and forcing 47 saves. Mikhail Pahrebets made 27 stops and Ryall Purdy made 20. Gillette excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances. Gillette outdid its season average for goals scored. Gillette has scored at the pace of 4.2 goals per game during the current campaign. The defensemen of Gillette were also effective in Glacier's zone, and came away with three goals. Gillette additionally got points from Gennadi Zabeline, who also had two goals and one assist. Gillette also had goals scored by Tim VanTuinen, Tristen Leberknight, Hunter Johnson, and Mitchell McEwan, who scored one goal each.
