Nashville downs Atlanta, 6-3

Josh Hill grabbed two points to lead Nashville to a 6-3 victory over Atlanta.

Nashville kept Atlanta's goalie busy throughout the game, and Alekandr Zendejas made 25 saves on 31 shots.

Nashville also got points from Nicholas Redmon, who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Nashville also had goals scored by Michael Redmon, who had two and Trent Kulczyk and Andrew Kluge, who scored one goal each. More assists for Nashville came via Riley McCann, Logan Orem, Dylan Schmidt, and Colton Anderson, who contributed one each.

Atlanta did not reach the goal total it has come to expect this season. Atlanta puts an average of 6.1 pucks into the net per game. Atlanta's penalty killing units received substantial work throughout the game as Atlanta finished with 56 penalty minutes.

Atlanta was helped by Evan Camba, who tallied one goal. Camba scored 5:32 into the second period to make the score 2-2. Andrew Cooley assisted on the tally. Others who scored for Atlanta included Riley Hummitsch and Alex Johanson, who each put in one.

Nicholas Ottenbacher made 18 saves for Nashville on 21 shots. Nashville incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Atlanta registered one goal on three power play opportunities. Atlanta ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Johanson was ejected from the game.
