Logan Coomes had one goal and two assists to lead the Fairbanks Ice Dogs to a 6-2 victory over the Kenai River Brown Bears. Coomes scored short handed 13:41 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Fairbanks. Fairbanks was on a disadvantage when Clay Cross went off the ice for holding. Todd Burgess picked up the assist. Coomes dished an assist on Burgess' goal that made the score 4-0 Fairbanks at 3:00 into the second period.
