Omaha AAA 16U had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 5-1 win over Esmark Stars 16U.

Logan Will was all over the ice for Omaha AAA 16U, as he tallied two goals and one assist in the win. Will scored the first of his two goals at 5:18 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Jackson Decker picked up the assist. Will's next tally made the score 3-1 Omaha AAA 16U with 4:39 left in the first period. Chaz Rometty provided the assist.

Omaha AAA 16U forced Esmark Stars 16U's goalies to work all game long, finishing with 39 shots and forcing 34 saves. Tyrik Barkley made 29 stops and Jake Kucharski made five.

Omaha AAA 16U also got a goal from Kyle Kawamura as well. In addition, Omaha AAA 16U received assists from Garrett Anderson, who had two and Kendrick Frost, Sam Renlund, Austin Nault, Coltan Wilkie, and Trail Thompson, who each chipped in one.
