Meijer AAA 16U rolls over Pursuit of Excellence 16U, 5-0

Meijer AAA 16U had a four-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 5-0 win over Pursuit of Excellence 16U.

Pursuit of Excellence 16U's power play was ineffective against Meijer AAA 16U's penalty kill, which allowed zero goals while shorthanded.

Meijer AAA 16U was led by Matt Stokes, who registered one goal. Stokes scored 4:51 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Meijer AAA 16U. Caleb Nieporte picked up the assist.
