HC Dallas 16U vanquishes Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights 16U in shootout, 5-4

Three periods of regulation and an overtime session were not enough to settle matters as HC Dallas 16U defeated Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights 16U in a shootout 5-4.

The shootout lasted for 24 attempts between the teams. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights 16U got a shootout goal from Sammy Steele. In addition to the clincher, HC Dallas 16U got a shootout goal from Keagan ODonoghue.
