California Titans 16U vanquishes Thunder Bay Kings 16U in shootout, 3-2

Three periods of regulation and an overtime session were not enough to settle matters as California Titans 16U defeated Thunder Bay Kings 16U in a shootout 3-2.

The shootout lasted for 12 attempts between the teams. Thunder Bay Kings 16U got shootout goals from Quintin Loon-Stewardson and Nicholas Fazzari. In addition to the clincher, California Titans 16U got shootout goals from Justin LeBouef and Daylon Mannon.

California Titans 16U was helped by Denis Moiseev, who grabbed one goal and one assist. Moiseev scored 26 seconds into the first period to make the score 1-0 California Titans 16U. LeBouef provided the assist. California Titans 16U also got points from LeBouef, who also registered one goal and one assist.
