Minnesota Blades 16U survived a determined comeback attempt by Minnesota Magicians 16U on the way to a 6-4 win.

A goal by Joe Hankinson put Minnesota Blades 16U up 6-3 in the third period, but Minnesota Magicians 16U pulled to within two on Ian Miller's tally 16:57 into the third period.
