Compuware 16U had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 4-0 win over Omaha AAA 16U.

Compuware 16U's penalty kill excelled, as Compuware 16U gave up zero goals despite allowing six power plays.

Compuware 16U was led by Antonio Venuto, who registered one goal. Venuto scored 2:21 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Compuware 16U. Luke Evo provided the assist.

Compuware 16U stifled Omaha AAA 16U's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Compuware 16U did not challenge the opposing netminder, only getting 13 shots on net to force nine saves.

Compuware 16U also got a goal from DJ Busdeker as well. In addition, Compuware 16U received assists from Trent Grimshaw, who had one and Matt Stoia and Blade Jenkins, who each chipped in two.

Omaha AAA 16U did not reach the goal total it has come to expect this season. Omaha AAA 16U puts an average of 2.3 pucks into the net per game.
