St. Louis Selects 16U tried its best to erase a three-goal deficit, but Omaha AAA 16U would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 4-2.

Omaha AAA 16U made the score 4-1 on a goal by Austin Nault at 9:16 in the second period, and St. Louis Selects 16U got as close as 4-2 when Ryan Boeck scored 8:09 into the third period.

St. Louis Selects 16U was unable to stop Omaha AAA 16U from sending pucks towards the net, and Omaha AAA 16U eventually piled up 39 shots on goal.

Omaha AAA 16U also got points from Nicholas Doyle, who also had one goal and two assists. More assists for Omaha AAA 16U came via Gabe Wahl, who had two.
