Billingsley's hat trick boosts Washington Little Capitals 16U over New York Aviators 16U, 4-2

John Billingsley netted a hat trick to lead Washington Little Capitals 16U over New York Aviators 16U, 4-2.

Billingsley notched his first tally 1:42 into the second period. He then added goals at 2:54 into the second and at 16:30 into the second.
