HC Dallas 18U was sparked by Brady Kirkbride, who finished with one goal. Kirkbride scored 10:05 into the third period to make the score 1-0 HC Dallas 18U. Hunter Bersani picked up the assist.

HC Dallas 18U's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on six San Diego Jr. Gulls 18U power plays. HC Dallas 18U could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 18 minutes in penalties during the game.
