Fitzjerrells lifts Madison Capitols 18U over New Jersey Jr. Titans 18U, 3-1

Kasey Fitzjerrells was all over the ice for Madison Capitols 18U, as he tallied two goals in Madison Capitols 18U's 3-1 win over New Jersey Jr. Titans 18U.

Fitzjerrells scored at 3:17 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Madison Capitols 18U and again while 14:54 into the third to make the score 2-1 Madison Capitols 18U.

Madison Capitols 18U was led by goalie Joe Cambio, who finished with 27 saves while allowing one goal. Despite the solid performance, Cambio will actually see his goals against average rise, as it stood at 0.59 entering the contest.

Madison Capitols 18U excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances.
