Madison Capitols 18U shrugs off penalties, upends Philadelphia Little Flyers 18U, 4-0

Despite having to fight off several power plays, Madison Capitols 18U was able to defeat Philadelphia Little Flyers 18U, 4-0.

Madison Capitols 18U was paced by Mick Messner, who finished with one goal and one assist. Messner scored on the power play 5:48 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Madison Capitols 18U. A cross checking penalty on Nicholas Frangos had put Madison Capitols 18U on the power play. Anthony Callin picked up the assist.
