Belle Tire (mm) rolls over Meijer AAA Hockey (mm), 5-1

Belle Tire (mm) had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 5-1 win over Meijer AAA Hockey (mm).

Belle Tire (mm) was led by goalie Ryan McInchak, who finished with 26 saves while allowing one goal. McInchak certainly lowered his goals against average, which was 1.9 entering the contest.

Belle Tire (mm) got the win thanks to a great game by Kieran Ogle, who had one goal and two assists. Ogle scored 4:40 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Belle Tire (mm). Spencer Kimball provided the assist.

Belle Tire (mm) kept Meijer AAA Hockey (mm)'s goalie busy throughout the game, and James Durham made 28 saves on 33 shots.

Belle Tire (mm) also got points from Brenden Stanko, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Nolan Baldrica also scored for Belle Tire (mm). More assists for Belle Tire (mm) came via Blake Kryska, Thomas Hernandez, and Brandon Kruse, who contributed one each.

Meijer AAA Hockey (mm) put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Belle Tire (mm) to score on any of its four power plays.

Meijer AAA Hockey (mm) was led by Bradley Postula, who scored the team's only goal. Postula scored 10:10 into the first period to make the score 1-1.

Belle Tire (mm) incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Meijer AAA Hockey (mm) incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with three minors.
