Jersey Shore falls to Roc City after surprising comeback

Roc City climbed out of a two-goal hole to beat Jersey Shore, 3-2.

Roc City never led in the game until netting the game winner. Roc City was down 2-0 after a power play goal by Jersey Shore's Scott Hansen at 1:44 in the second period. Roc City knotted things up at 2-2 on a goal by Cameron Clark at 8:29 in the second period. Roc City netted the game winner on the power play at 18:04 in the second period on a goal by Clark.

Matt Corey had a great game for Roc City, netting two goals.

Roc City was hit hard by penalties in the contest, and totaled six minors and one major for 27 minutes in penalty time.

Other players who recorded assists for Roc City were Anthony DePetres, who had two and Nicholas Cignarale, Sam Cammilleri, and Justin Allen, who contributed one each.
