Francis Marotte stood on his head and made 35 saves to lead the Nepean Raiders to a 3-1 victory over the Smiths Falls Bears.

Nepean was sparked by Raphael Lecours, who registered one goal. Lecours scored 1:32 into the third period to make the score 2-1 Nepean. Josh Zizek assisted on the tally.

Referees had their hands full with a major incident at 6:26 into the third period. Four fighting penalties were dished out along with two game misconducts.

The Raiders ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Lecours was ejected from the game. Evan DeBrouwer made 17 saves for Smiths Falls on 20 shots.
