The Cornwall Colts pulled out a 2-1 (OT) overtime victory over the Nepean Raiders on a clutch goal by Tanner Spink.

Cornwall was led by Spink, who tallied one goal and one assist. Spink scored 1:53 into overtime to make the score 2-1 Cornwall. Tristan Elie assisted on the tally.

The Colts' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three Nepean power plays. Cornwall's offense rang up 34 shots on Nepean's net.

Cornwall additionally got points from Elie, who also racked up one goal and one assist. In addition, Cornwall received assists from Grant Cooper and James Edwardson, who contributed one each.

The Raiders stifled the Colts' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Nepean was led by Justin Schebel, who scored the team's only goal. Schebel scored 11:33 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Nepean. Josh Zizek provided the assist.

Edwardson rejected 15 shots on goal for Cornwall. The Colts incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Francis Marotte recorded 32 saves for the Raiders. Nepean incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
