Buffalo Jr. Sabres (mm) wins tough contest against Anaheim Jr. Ducks (mm), 5-3

Buffalo Jr. Sabres (mm) and Anaheim Jr. Ducks (mm) were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Buffalo Jr. Sabres (mm) made the most of its opportunities and won, 5-3.

No lead was more than two goals during the contest, and the winning goal was scored by Trevor Peca at 9:08 of the second period.

Anaheim Jr. Ducks (mm)'s six penalties came back to haunt it, as Anaheim Jr. Ducks (mm) let up four goals while on the penalty kill.

Buffalo Jr. Sabres (mm) was led by Daniel Smith, who finished with one goal. Smith scored on the power play 10:29 into the second period to make the score 4-2 Buffalo Jr. Sabres (mm).
