Undaunted by a two-goal deficit, Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (MM) battled back to claim a 3-2 victory over Milwaukee Jr. Admirals (MM).

Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (MM) never led in the game until netting the game winner. Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (MM) trailed 2-0 after a goal by Milwaukee Jr. Admirals (MM)'s Grant Cruikshank at 12:47 in the first period. Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (MM) tied things up at 2-2 on a goal by ZACH RESNICK at 10:23 in the second period. Oakland Jr. Grizzlies (MM) scored the game winner at 6:08 in the third period on a goal by RESNICK.

In the losing effort, Milwaukee Jr. Admirals (MM) was led by Cruikshank, who registered two goals. Cruikshank scored the first of his two goals at 8:26 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Milwaukee Jr. Admirals (MM). Kyle Joswiak provided the assist.
