Eric Cooley gave Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) the lead in the first period, and Phoenix Jr. Coyotes (MM) was never able to catch up in a close game that ended 4-2.

Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) took over the lead for good with a goal by Cooley at 5:32 in the first period. Jordan Timmons assisted on the tally.
