A stellar performance between the pipes by Garrett Haden helped the Little Britain Merchants defeat the Uxbridge Bruins, 4-1. Little Britain was paced by Terry Snoddon, who tallied one goal. Snoddon scored 12:13 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Little Britain. Kenzie Smith picked up the assist. The Merchants excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances. Little Britain kept Uxbridge's goalie busy throughout the game, and Branden Francey made 34 saves on 38 shots. Little Britain also got points from Mitchell Brown, who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Little Britain also had goals scored by Aidan Renouf and Michael Cox, who scored one goal each. Other players who recorded assists for Little Britain were Owen Fawns, who had one. The Bruins' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Little Britain power plays. Uxbridge could not produce up to its normal offensive output. The Bruins average 3.5 goals per game. Uxbridge was led by Alex Siblock, who scored the team's only goal. Siblock scored 16:48 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Uxbridge. Brady Baker provided the assist. Haden rejected 29 shots on goal for the Merchants. Little Britain incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. The Bruins incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
