The Georgina Ice fell to the Port Perry Mojacks, 5-2. Georgina was unable to stop Port Perry from sending pucks towards the net, and the Mojacks eventually piled up 51 shots on goal. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals. Port Perry was forced to rely heavily on their penalty kill unit throughout the game, as it racked up 24 penalty minutes. The Mojacks were helped by Jeff St. Pierre, who had one goal. St. Pierre scored 12:14 into the second period to make the score 2-0 Port Perry. Konrad Piorkowski picked up the assist. Port Perry additionally got points from Lucas Berkers, who also finished with one goal and one assist, Ethan Ramsden, who also registered one goal and one assist, and Piorkowski, who also tallied one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Port Perry also got a goal from Matt Trudel as well. More assists for Port Perry came via Kyle Schweda, Bryce Patterson, Ben Sheremeta, Liam Schweda, and Lucas Clark, who contributed one each. The Ice excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances. Georgina's offense rang up 32 shots on Port Perry's net. The Ice's penalty killing units received substantial work throughout the game as Georgina finished with 24 penalty minutes. The Ice were helped by Tanner Tomlinson, who had one goal. Tomlinson scored on the power play 5:30 into the third period to make the score 3-1 Port Perry. Georgina had taken the advantage when the Mojacks' Jesse Menzies got sent off for tripping. Adrian Addante assisted on the tally. Matthew McIntyre also scored for Georgina. In addition, Georgina received assists from Bradley Boudreau, who had one. Brett Chandler rejected 30 shots on goal for Port Perry. Emilio Gallenero made 46 saves for the Ice on 51 shots. Georgina registered one goal on four power play opportunities.
