Michael Cox registered one point to lead the Little Britain Merchants to a 5-2 victory over the Uxbridge Bruins.

Little Britain forced Uxbridge goalie Jake Joosten to work between the pipes, taking 42 shots.

Little Britain also got points from Nathan Watson, who also had one goal and one assist and Kenzie Smith, who also racked up two goals and one assist to lead the team in points. Jordan Sharpe also scored for Little Britain. In addition, Little Britain received assists from Mac West APM, Terry Snoddon, Brant Foster, and Aidan Renouf, who each chipped in one.

The Bruins' offense rang up 31 shots on the Merchants' net.

Uxbridge was helped by Daryl Thomson, who finished with one goal. Thomson scored on the power play 7:26 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Uxbridge. The Bruins had gained a power play chance when Jesse Craig was whistled for cross checking. Adam Bartholomew picked up the assist. Uxbridge additionally got points from Jordan Nesbitt, who also grabbed one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Other players who recorded assists for Uxbridge were Alex Siblock and Liam Timewell, who contributed one each.

Garrett Haden recorded 29 saves for Little Britain. The Merchants incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Jake Joosten made 37 saves for Uxbridge on 42 shots. The Bruins incurred 36 minutes in penalty time with three minors. For Uxbridge, Bartholomew was ejected from the game.
