A goal by Tim Nicksic put Buffalo up 7-4 in the third period, but St. Michaels pulled to within one on Colton Trumbla's tally 15:32 into the third period.

The Buzzers were led by A.J. Dorazio, who registered one goal and one assist. Dorazio scored 4:49 into the first period to make the score 1-0 St. Michaels. Noah Jordan picked up the assist. St. Michaels additionally got points from Thomas Beretta, who also finished with one goal and one assist and Cameron Wright, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Others who scored for St. Michaels included Lucas Breault and Sean Kohler, who each put in one.
