The Orangeville Flyers pulled out a 3-2 (OT) overtime victory over the Aurora Tigers on a clutch goal by Derek Topatigh.

Orangeville was sparked by Topatigh, who grabbed one goal and one assist. Topatigh scored 4:52 into to make the score 3-2 Orangeville. Ethan Wiseman assisted on the tally.

The defensemen of the Flyers were also effective in Aurora's zone, and came away with two goals.

Orangeville also got points from Josh DeFarias, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Orangeville also got a goal from James Ranson as well. In addition, Orangeville received assists from Kosta Likourezos, who had two.

The Tigers' offense rang up 49 shots on Orangeville's net.

Aurora was helped by Darren Iwai, who registered one goal. Iwai scored 12:48 into the second period to make the score 2-2. Alex Formenton provided the assist. Drake Board also scored for Aurora. More assists for Aurora came via Kyle Locke, James Thomson, and Austin Gerhart, who each chipped in one.

The Flyers' Nicholas Latinovich stopped 47 shots out of the 49 that he faced. Orangeville incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Alex Fotinos rejected 23 shots on goal for the Tigers. Aurora incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
